I think McGowan's fashions speak for themselves. Judging from the videos; I would say McGowan may have some intellectual deficiencies at best. A well placed person at Tarzana Treatment Center where Josie Ward's daughter is employed; says "the whole bunch, are a real prize!"
Clearly William McGowan has a substantial criminal history; dating way back to the last century. The real question is: Why is the Government at very high levels covering for this person? This is less about some low life from Antelope Acres, and more about a clear case of a cover up at the highest levels in progress.
William McGowan is clearly not smart enough to hack a loaf of bread; let alone hack through several firewalls on a computer network. I have a business partner, who is a well known computer forensics expert: he bills no less than $400 an hour for his services to hack into a computer system. Usually it is union thugs looking to destroy a political candidate or someone in the government hiring his services for court cases like child porn. In a case like William McGowan; to destroy evidence, cover for a high value witness about to testify in court or intimidate someone nosing around like a reporter getting to close to a case. It's all illegal of course; but many in government think they are above the law. I can't think of one county supervisor who does not think she or he is above the law; I watch them bend the rules all the time, and crooked DA's and Judges help them do it.
The real story is the cover up; not William McGowan. Normally McGowan and his partners would have been charged with felony kidnapping, making false statements to law enforcement and conspiracy. It is against the law to prevent someone from freely moving about; you can't restrain anyone in anyway, or it is legally kidnapping under the law.
The question is: Why McGowan and company were not charged with a crime; clearly they were attempting to kidnap Ms. Konstantelos when her spouse came to her aide? Another question is: What does Mr. McGowan know, and why is every government agency covering for him to the point of breaking the law? At great expense I remind you; not only financial, but careers are at stake too; and in the case of elected officials; their prized political futures are on the line.
This story is about to go national; as a major network reporter is on the case. Remember it was the cover up that got Bill Clinton impeached; not the stain on the dress! I wonder who the Bill Clinton is here in this case. Clearly they are well placed in government, with a major cover up in progress.
